This is my case. It happened only sometimes and with 2/3 times of reboot it works, but is stressful thing. How to fix please?

I have quite same problem, only sometimes it appear to me too but I just need to shoot down and boot again 2 or 3 times and it starts regularly!? I wish to solve this little problem.... any suggest?
