[Guide] Intel NUC7/NUC8 using Clover UEFI (NUC7i7Bxx,NUC8i7Bxx,etc)

@eXTriC Sorry for the late reply! So far I think that I haven’t experienced this issue. So it might be related to our different config Between AppleALC and VoodoHDA... Maybe it is worth the shot to swap it and test if it happens with AppleALC. Glad to hear that the wireless card is working...

[Guide] Intel NUC7/NUC8 using Clover UEFI (NUC7i7Bxx,NUC8i7Bxx,etc)

Once again you are right. I have tested your new Usb map and now bluetooth is working. I have tested Continuity and Handoff and they both work without any issues both ways with an iPhone and an iPad. The only feature that I haven't been able to test is the Apple Watch Unlock (I don't have one)...

[Guide] Intel NUC7/NUC8 using Clover UEFI (NUC7i7Bxx,NUC8i7Bxx,etc)

Hey @eXTriC, thank you very much and great job! I have downloaded your EFI from GitHub and it has fixed the issues that I had with my OC test install. The build seems to be almost 100% functional (more about that below). There has been only one thing that I found kinda strange in your EFI. You...

[Guide] Intel NUC7/NUC8 using Clover UEFI (NUC7i7Bxx,NUC8i7Bxx,etc)

I have a Broadcom DW1560. In my clover installation Continuity and handoff work without any kind of issue. I guess that with a bit of elbow grease and luck I’ll get the same result in OC. Wow good job! Thanks for sharing! I’ll check what is wrong with my config when I get home!

[Guide] Intel NUC7/NUC8 using Clover UEFI (NUC7i7Bxx,NUC8i7Bxx,etc)

Hey @eXTriC, great to see another one with the NUC7I7DNKE! It has been working flawlessly for me the last two years. Im also currently trying to switch from Clover to Opencore. I have experienced the same issues as you, and as @Leesureone said, it is related to our iGPU. I’m not an expert so I...

[Guide] Intel NUC7/NUC8 using Clover UEFI (NUC7i7Bxx,NUC8i7Bxx,etc)

Yes, I bought a DW1560 from a seller in China. Works almost out of the box you just need to add the brcxcountry-flag to the boot options.

[Guide] Intel NUC7/NUC8 using Clover UEFI (NUC7i7Bxx,NUC8i7Bxx,etc)

Hello! Has anyone been able to port their NUC7I7DNKE or DNHE to OpenCore? Any specific issue? Currently my system works flawlessly. I have everything working on my DNHE using Clover, including iMessage, Handoff and Continuity. But I might try to switch to OC, because it seems to be more future...

@RehabMan I just wanted to say thank you very much for your work. I followed your guide for the NUC7I7DNHE (the taller variant of the DNKE). Everything works!!! I swapped the Intel wifi card with a BCM94352Z (fenvi dw1560) bought from a Chinese reseller and it works like a charm with the kexts...
