It’s normal when you get only HDMI audio when using AppleALC. VoodooHDA is only capable of handling rear jack audio. The AppleALC is only capable of handling HDMI audio. It depends on your choice

There's no way to fix Graphics problem unless you use an external GPU. Try Install a 10.14.4 right on top of your non-working 10.14.3, then solve the boot loop problem after.
