I tested both. The WiFi throughput was poor for both 2.4G and 5G however I did not try turning off the Bluetooth to see if the WiFi performance improved.

Have you already purchased the motherboard? If not, do some more research, there are problems with the latest BIOS on Asrock boards. Check if it is possible to downgrade the BIOS if necessary.

If I was building a Z390 system again from scratch I would not buy an Asrock motherboard
