You can bring up activity monitor and click at the top GPU history :) Since bruce x is such a short test now with these fast GPU's you can just copy the test a bunch of times onto the same timeline, run it and see what you're gpu usage is at! I'm running a Dual Vega 64 setup right now but...

Just wanted to share my experience, went great on my Z370 platform. Took quite a while but installed without problem. Updated all kexts prior, and used the agdpmod=pikera boot arg to be safe. Working fantastic. I'm getting 6.8 second Bruce X with my Dual Vega 64 setup :)

Theoretically, yes, although I've had weird BIOS things change functionality. Are they the exact same board? If they are and you set the BIOS the same, you're good.
