Yeah! Successful upgraded to Big Sur. Using OC 0.6.1, so far no issues detected. I cloned my Catalina Installation to a Crucial X8 USB-C drive and verified the smooth update on this clone. Now I'll update my internal NVMe. :-)

Same here. The only issue I had (or maybe have) is accountsd running at 400% CPU sometimes. But this seems a known issue and has nothing related to hackintosh's.

Well, I just need two internal connectors. One for Fenvi Bluetooth, one for my Corsair AIO. I control it with OpenCorsairLink. That's the only reason. ;) In my setup, I do not use the two USB ports above the 4 port row. Now, with a working OC, I'll try to tweak around and share my results...

Interesting. With OC it seems I loose 200pts in Cinebench R20. The blue one is the same system booted with OC.

Simon, made my day! Successful booted my Hackintosh the first time with OpenCore! Thanks man! :) Now I have to work on a USBPorts.kext. Currently I use my old .aml ;-) But hey, it boot's and runs like a charm. <3

Would you share your EFI for MAXIMUS X HERO? I did not get OpenCore working. The documentation is a bit confusing to me.
