I've mapped the USB ports but I had a hell of a time disabling CFG Lock via modGRUB but got there in the end. I'm currently installing Ventura using iMac 18,1 with platform ID for Kabylake. Fingers crossed.

RESOLVED - I had converted the txt file incorrectly & I was able to use modGRUB to edit the CFG Lock in the BIOS

When I choose Apple - Sleep, the screen immediately turns off. It takes about 90 seconds for the laptop to enter sleep mode. Then when I go to power it up again, the laptop powers up but the screen backlight comes on and just displays a black screen. As I'm typing this it's been about 2 minutes...
