Here's my boot process.

I have recreated the USB drive, and now it boots to 5120. Rebooted to the SSD, loaded Mojave, and changed the EFI directory and config.plist as before. Rebooted to the USB, but it will not boot into the OS. Stuck again.

What is the correct way to downgrade to 5119 (from 5122)? I can access the EFI partition from Windows (dual-boot), but have no access to Mac OS. I have a USB key with 5107 on it but that locks up mid-boot. Any help is appreciated.

Upgraded from 10.15.4 (original) to the Supplimental Update, using Clover 5107, without a hitch.

Using MultiBeast 12.1.0 updated the Clover Bootloader to 5107. All is good . . . for now :thumbup:
