I believe this is the source of my issue. The 3.0 port SS08 is able to generate this apple USB port thing, which is allowing the 4 USB ports on the device to be found. When in 2.0 mode this apple USB port link is not happening. Any help would be appreciated, I'm losing my mind over this.
understood, that has now been done, and unfortunately, no changes have occurred. the HS03 has no ports attached to it still, which i belive to be the issue. Is there some sort of acpi patch that I can do to force those ports?

I just saw your message, I have updated the first message on this thread to reflect my current open core build. A lot of the random problems I was having were fixed when switching to open core, also open core seems to boot faster and has smoothed out some sleep issues I was having with the wifi...
I have an update for anyone interested. I took the plunge and changed over to open core, and though there is a bit of a learning curve, it was well worth it and I am glad I made the change.

It only does this when launching clover, and it only just started happening. Clover still works fine and my bios have been set to default with no luck. My bios are up to date
1. Boot into windows
2. Click restart (not shutdown)
3. Launch clover and press f4 or fn+f45.
4. Boot Mac OS, and use the new generated Origin files
5. If any bios settings are changed, then the entire process should be restarted
This worked for me
I Have made the changes I wanted to with my DSDT and then put the recompiled .aml file in APCI/Patched, even doing so I am still getting an error when opening MaciASL.
This only happens when I double tap on the icon form the application folder. If I select my dsdt.aml it opens fine
