Try booting from your Unibeast stick, select your os hard drive. Then see if it will stay unfrozen long enough to use Multibeast. This procedure gave me enough time to do everything.

Have you tried using the Multibeast version (5.4.1) that was released tonight? I was having freezing issues last night and this afternoon after using 5.4.0 last night. Using 5.4.1 cured the problem for me.

Try moving your hard drive sata cable to a different port on the motherboard. I had the same problem and I had to do this to get past that particular screen.

Updated from combo update. Restarted, Reinstalled Audio and Trim. I also had to reinstall ethernet on both of my machines for some reason. Z77A-G45's.

Updated fine on combo, redo audio in MB, redo Trim with Chameleon SSD Optimizer. MSI Z77A-G45. My VRAM went to 768MB also on HD4000.

Sorry, I was thinking about setting this build up like my windows machine. 1 drive for storing music, 1 for os, 1 for storing programs and work files, 1 for backups. I wasn't planning on doing raid, but if that is recommended, I will look into it.
