Have you already checked all BIOS settings that need to be changed (see page 1)? Especially the secure boot setting. This prevents the loading of the .efi driver in Opencore.

I need precise instructions on how to create a cpufrienddataprovider.kext. I have build a new hackintosh with an Intel i7-13700k.

I've only noticed it on this hackintosh Z690 so far. No problems on either the Gigabyte Z390 or the MacBook Pro M1 Max. I had already done a fresh install. So far without success.

Probably the same problem as mine. I got the tip from @gandem: Try changing the flow control under the network settings. From full duplex, flow control, energy efficient Ethernet to full duplex, flow control. That has helped me. After that it kept the network connection.
