upgrade to 10.15 went smooth no problems noticed after. not a heavy user but all seams to be ok.

10.14.6 Supplemental Update went through with no problems here. confirming all works as before.

overall I can't say that the 10.14.4 update was good to me. I get random boot fails. The jpeg problem needed extra kext. and overall the os is less stable.
