I'm stuck in the same issue as you.. I have a working Mojave version but Catalina is a no go.

Just took some screen shots of issues but not sure how to correct them. Seems the usb address is wrong. 0x8 seems to work but not 0x4.

So I did a new install(Mojave) and tried just the different id's (1,2,5,7) with the EFI r4.4.4. Being curious I tried to change my SMBIOS to 17,1 and it worked with audio id 1. 18,1 gives me no sound and 18,2 and 3 give me a bad graphics flicker when I start opening windows. Thank you very much...

All I get get is "no output devices found." I looked at Bios to make sure the audio is selected. Not quite sure whats happening. Do you think I might need to do a fresh install of Mojave?

Great build. I tried to follow most of your write up on Z370-g build. Almost everything works using your EFI folder for Mojave, but I can't get audio to work. Did you have to do anything to make them work?

Is the S1220a codec working in Mojave?
