I'm not sure but Dell Laptops (even my Gaming G3-3579) have the HDMI port attached directly to the nVidia GPU, which is not supported since Mojave, and it will not work. Unless you can make a nVidia web driver for the newer versions of macOS :)

Changed to MacbookPro 15,2 Still no changes on the trackpad issue between 15,1 and 15,2.

The problem seems to be a little bit less frequent now, still it exists (more noticeable on battery than on AC Power). USB ports and boot work just fine. And about the SMBios config, as the processor model and screen size matches more with the real hardware, I think is better to keep it 15,1...
