    Wake/Sleep problem on Z370-A Prime + GTX 1070 Ti

I'm not sure if this is a config problem, but maybe a graphics card issue. I managed to get my system running perfectly, heres how: I booted via CPU graphics because NVIDIA was failing. I then started messing with resolutions because although CPU graphics was working, my res was way out. Then...

    Adding/Using HiDPI custom resolutions

This is strange, so after going "Out of range" on my Asus monitor and being unable to work on it following various troubleshooting methods trying to fix the res. I bought an HDMI to Display port lead and was able to boot via my Nvidia driver on to my LG 42 inch TV's display. Then I tried to...

    Adding/Using HiDPI custom resolutions

I was wondering if my ID's could be wrong but I dont believe they are? As mentioned on my verbose boot picture, the IO DisplayParameters reads as "not serializable" on my Display_boot in IORegistry Explorer.

    Adding/Using HiDPI custom resolutions

I've used Alt, RDM, followed the terminal commands exactly and chanched my ig-platform-id. I'll mess with the platform-id more. I'm also able to boot on my ASUS monitor after disabling the nvidia driver, pulling my hdmi out and pulling down the res to the lowest option prior to reboot. Once...

    Adding/Using HiDPI custom resolutions

Only 960 x 540 1920 x 1080 show up in Sys Pref, and now that I think about, it, I think that they're just the tv defaults and not my own doing, one does have HiDPI next to it though, I dont know if that is normal?

    Adding/Using HiDPI custom resolutions

    Wake/Sleep problem on Z370-A Prime + GTX 1070 Ti

Similar problem here. Came to wake my new system last week, couldn't get it to show on screen, so manually shut it down and then it didn't recognise my external HDD for a few days and still has a resolution issue, stretching my VGA display to fit the screen, the dimensions of which it is...

Resolution issue following forced shutdown after sleep

So I couldn't wake my system up from sleep, or rather, the display. I then went to restart it via the on/off button and since my resolution has been all messed up. NOTE: When I put my asus monitor 4:3 res via its hardware buttons, the res is perfect, apart from the fact it's in 4:3, but when I...

[Solved] Sierra @ Skylake: Wake up problems from sleep

I'm suffering the same problem. V frustrating, I had my set up booming and just the other night I had to power off via the button on my casing as the screen wouldn't wake. Now the resolution is all messed up and it won't detect my seagate hdd, (but will detect USB 3.0). I've tried 14,2 and...
