@root2 I have the Same Hardware except the AMD RX 560 and a i9-10900K instead. But none if the USB Ports are working. Cant tell why, since Mouse and Keybord didnt work. Used ur EFI for a fresh Monteray Install. Its working until the select Language Dialog. :/

But there is no diff between my EFI and the one from flmmkr @Ellybz. Except he has 3 ACPI aml and I have these splittet. (Sorry for bad English). Whatever, mine is working fine.

Here is my own working OC EFI Folder for my ASUS Prime x299 Deluxe - all Devices implemented. Radeon VII in Slot1. TSCAdjustReset.kext 15 for my i7-7820x Don't know why this doesn't work with flmmkr`s EFI Folder.

I have this Asus Prime x299 Deluxe too and tested your OC EFI But I cant find the implemented PCI Devices. Using the same Slots and Hardware.

Hey, thanks for this awesome Guide! I have a Gigabyte x299 Gaming 7 and created the USB Stick. I need just a Hint for possible Reasons, why im not have a Boot Install Entry (Icon) if i boot from this USB Stick. The boot.efi is in .IABootFiles.
