Hi rehabman again
I dont know what i did wrong but when i touch my trackpad it goes crazy and starts left and right clicking everywhere. And after that i cant propertly left click with my mouse.
The only thing that i can do when it happens is restart my hackintosh.
I already deleted...
Thanks rehab I think that now is totally fixed, +-5 hours without graphics freezes...
finally im getting my laptop working well
thanks for your patience :)
Sorry, i got confused because you wrote that.
External is for calling a function in another file, right?
and \_SB.PCI0.LPCB.EC0.SCTB() is in the same file and same scope...
so now im right?
If (LAnd(LEqual(Arg0,3),LEqual(Arg1,1)))
{
Store...
Sorry, I copied the wrong lines :/
Now its okay:
Method (_REG, 2, NotSerialized) // _REG: Region Availability
{
If (LEqual (Arg0, 0x03))
{
Store (Arg1, Local0)
If (Local0)
{...
Okay I readed the guide again, I removed the two original ECO lines in SSDT-6 and added it in DSDT.aml with external and now it compiles without problem
what I did:
Method (_REG, 2, NotSerialized) // _REG: Region Availability
{
If (LEqual (Arg0, 0x03))...
Sorry, i readed the guide multiple times but I misunderstand as I see...
i have to put this two lines in _REG ?
Store (Zero, \_SB.PCI0.LPCB.EC0.VGAF) // move to _REG
\_SB.PCI0.LPCB.EC0.SCTB ()
there are two _reg, I guess is in ECO reg but where I should put those...
Thanks Rehabman!
Mi card is now disabled and my battery lasts longer (not as in windows but longer) .
Anyways i don't think I patched in the right way but I will put here what I did for anyone who needs ( Acer aspire e5-576g-5762 )
In SSDT-6, in HGOF method i only changed this line...
Thanks RehabMan! here are all files in one zip and the commands:
Daniels-MacBook-Pro:RehabMan dani$ kextstat|grep -y acpiplat
14 2 0xffffff7f82690000 0x9c000 0x9c000 com.apple.driver.AppleACPIPlatform (6.1) 577DDA65-E8D0-3357-8FBB-20E69AB66086 <13 12 11 7 6 5 4 3 1>...
Hi, after digging a bit, I can't understand what I should change for disabling my Nvidia card.
In my SSDT-6-ACRPRDCT.dsl I have _INI, _OFF, _HGOF methods, so I think it should be easier
What I did:
My original _INI:
Method (_INI, 0, NotSerialized) // _INI: Initialize
{...
