I installed Windows 10 first without problem. However, I do not believe that it will ultimately matter which OS you install first.

Are you trying to install windows 10 and HS on the same physical drive? If so, from my understanding this is not possible. You will need two physical drives, one with Windows 10 and one with HS. I would recommend installing Windows 10 first.

Installation must be completed without Intel Optane connected to the motherboard and in ACHI mode. Once installation is completed and kexts have been added, you should be able to connect the Optane drive to the motherboard.
