This is not a problem of the EFI folder.
I experianced this issue when trying to use "Kext Utility" without having write-access through gatekeeper.
Something has not been modified correctly so system can not be booted anymore.
In my case I performed a complete system restore. :banghead:

Now ACPI-Errors are gone and 2 more USB-Ports are working with the two files at ZIP attached.
Maybe someone would like to help to get the remaining 4 Ports working?

Now got Audio working with VoodooHDA drivers over KextBeast.
Used version 2.9.0d10.
P.S.: Tried mirones AppleALC-Patcher (Codec ALC663v1 and ALC663v2 without success; Injected ID 2 or 5; Installed HDAenabler, CodecCommander and HDAdriver kexts)
No. thats not an NTFS Issue, think its a graphic Issue.
You may try to boot with Clover Arg "nv_disable=1" then Install nVidia-Web Drivers for Your System from here.
You can find Your Version unter "Apple-Logo" -> About this Mac -> Systembericht (in german; left field) -> Software

Ok, but EFI-Folder "Others" can not be obsolete because it is necessary for Installation.
So
For OS-Installation You have to put all kexts to "Others" and
After Installation You have move them to LE
Now right?
