Yesterday nothing worked. It just went through the steps but never updated. So today I thought I try again and when booting it went to filevault and then updated as it should have. I know I didn't do anything differently but I'll take the update.

For the first time an update doesn't work. I have updated to Clover 5118 (from 5107) and updated Lilu, Whatevergreen and AppleALC and that didn't help. It goes through the routine - first boot from the preboot, the next boot I have to choose filevault and then it finishes but the update hasn't...

It took about 30 minutes and 3 reboots. No need to update kexts or Clover (5107).

My upgrade went well after upgrading Clover and everything is working except I can't log into the APP Store. Itunes and iCloud work with no problem. In the app store I click on sign in it takes my password, with no error message but it never signs in. I tried entering an incorrect password and...

All I had to do was update Clover to 5107 and then run the update. I tried it first without the Clover update and it just stuck at the Apple logo and no progress bar. Thanks to the help on this site I knew what needed to be done.

Updated from without a problem. Whenever it goes without a hitch it makes me worried, but I'll take it.

Update went smoothly.

Seemed like forever but it was really about 5 minutes. And that happened twice.

Updated WEG and Lilu was up to date. I've learned to be patient with the black screens and everything went fine.

I just realized, after updating, the little colored lines that showed up before, across the top of the boot screen, are gone.

Everything is working. I still have my little lines across the screen on boot up but I'm used to them now.
