I had the same problem when I was trying out the Public Beta for Mojave, I thought it was just a 'beta thing' turns out it was an issue waiting to pop up.
Before updating to 10.13.6 both my Samsung S24F350 Displays, displayed the correct colours and everything. But after updating to 10.13.6 my second display which is connected to the DVI port on my Asus RX460 displays alright but has a pink colour on it.
System Preferences Detects both monitors...
Everything went alright for me besides one of my displays, displays a pink picture with my desktop on it.
The effected display is connected via DVI while the other display which is on HDMI is not effected.
Any Ideas on how to fix it?

Thanks for your reply but, My motherboard dose not have an Optical Audio port, I should have made myself more clear and said what I have everything connected to, I have it plugged into USB for Power and Audio and it's also plugged into pink audio port for Mic use.
