Found and deleted the Catalina data partition and did another fresh install but install still did the same thing. So had to manual reboot. Still no luck with the video output though.

Removed all the patches but I had used Glasgoods guide and their EFI folder. still having issues with a fresh install. the 570 is showing being connected to my display but the 5700 xt still isn't showing being connected. Is it possible that I have to place the 5700 XT in slot 2?

Yes, then actually did a fresh install but had some issues with the install as the install failed to locate the partition. This Catalina - Data drive is not even on the SSD and the install won't complete when trying to run it. Had to do a manual restart. Also can't update clover boot.

unplugged the RX 570 from motherboard and now no video output at all.

I will unplug from the motherboard and see what happens. Can you upload your efi folder so I can compare? I will attach mine.

Both GPU are connected. The Rx570 via HMDI and the Rx5700 XT via DisplayPort. The Rx570 shows under Pcie slot 2 in apples System Information being connected to my monitor. The Rx5700 XT is shown under Pcie slot 1 in System Information but not saying it’s connected to my display.

agdpmod=pikera is already in the boot args. added the ssd navi rx5700.aml but still no video output

but it seems to work fine through the RX 570 but no just a black screen via the RX 5700 XT. I included my Config file maybe someone can help me out! Would really appreciate it! Thank you!

Is there a guide like this to disable a RX570 in Catalina? I’m running a triple boot. Windows 10/Catalina(5700XT) and Mojave(RX570)

Is it true that the AMD has to be in the first PCIE slot for this to work? I had tried this awhile back to no success but I had the AMD in the second slot. Also any bios or clover setting need to be changed for this to work?

Did you get this figured out? I’m looking to do something similar.

What Kexts were installed at the time you installed the pcie card?? I have the same one but only WiFi works.
