The latest Multibeast update solved my problem with the GPU.
I now have the hackintosh apparently fully functional with my build, and with dual-channel RAM working. Cheers
I keep struggling with my GPU.
I simply can't get my mackintosh to work with it.
I do all the installation with the GPU power plug disconnected.
Then I use multibeast and select NVIDIA Web Drivers Boot Flag and Nvidia Graphics Fixup as explained in this guide
After that (and without rebooting...
Thanks.
For now I actually managed to successfully install High Sierra, but had to disconnect my external GPU from the motherboard power. So the problem was probably with my Nvidia GPU.
The dual-channel RAM problem was solved with the SMBIOS edit as described by @materiks
I'll keep you updated...
Can you share your EFI?
I'm back at my struggle with High Sierra install. I am now trying to install High Sierra with the latest version but I can't go past some part in the installation process (screen attached).
I am using UniBeast 8.1.0. Which one did you use?

- Tried to edit my config.plist in order to put the RAM...
Thanks for your updates and tips.
I will try later today to bring my hackintosh to life based on your tips.
Do you think it might work setting ram in dual channel configuration using that plist config, but only with 2 slots used? Or that trick might only work with 4 slots used?
I'll report...
Thanks everyone for all your updates.
Currently I installed windows because I desperately needed the PC to work and couldn't wait more for tests, but will try soon to do my hackintosh.
Just one quick question. Have you tried to put the RAM back in dual channel configuration on the motherboard...
@osxjunkie, how did you manage to solve your problem?
I'm having trouble on the first boot to install high sierra on a similar build (same motherboard, different CPU).
My boot freezes even before yours did, as on the image attached bellow.
I am using only the intel graphics and disabled the...
