    Hello, sorry for late reply. I use intel and Mellanox branded multi-mode GBIC in my Solarflare card, both of them are OEM product by FINISAR. I've tried huawei's single-mode GBIC and SolarFlare clearly does not like it, I'm not sure that it's problem of Huawei or Singlemode, though.

    What's your 1394 controller? Intergrated/Discrete? PCI/PCIE? Brand? I have Logic Pro in my OSX86, too. Never encounter your problem. And I have Kontakt5 libraries in a USB3 external drive, with 1394-bus-powered Audio Interface My 1394 controller is TSB43....... from TI on a discrete PCI...

    Being mad has no help with your OSX86, can you specify what's "Can't boot"? GTS250 is my previous Video card ,and it works OOB, although there may be defferent through brands, I think your choice works theoratically

    BCM94322MC works under Lion, I bought a non-apple branded one from China and an mPCIe adapter. ARB series I heard that they only work under 32-bit kernel that Lion stop supporting.

    works under 32/64-bit : Broadcom ones works under just 32bit : Atheros ones But in general , you can get your module work by simply picking Broadcom 4322/4321 no matter it's apple branded or not (I've heard DELL branded one works, too) My wifi mod is made by non-apple branded Broadcom 4322...

    I bought a BCM94322 wi-fi card, but mistakenly got the non-apple branded one. However, it still works flawlessly in my OSX86 :thumbup:
