I think I may have solved it as I upgraded to 10.14.5 and changed my SMBIOS to iMac 13,2 instead of macmini 6,1. Anyway the CPU clocks down to 1,6GHz now finally! Unfortunately the GPU temp is still not very well... iStat Menus tells the power draw is arround 100W ?! Do you think this reliable...

i cant boot with the generated ssdt.aml in /acpi/patched and drop oem enabled. Is this a common issue ?

Did you actually find out what the problem with Mojave was? Im still not able to boot with the SSDT.aml therefore my CPU never idles.

unfortunately i dont have a unibeast installer as I created my hackintosh with elcapitan and updated directly every year since then... What I did is booting in windows and renaming the ssdt.aml to disable it -> was able to boot again. I have attached: -the boot error in verbose mode -the log...

I bought the 7010 mobo with the CPU together very cheap and replaced my old one (which broke unfortunately). So actually Im using the card on the last PCIe slot in an ATX case. What do you mean with the CPU PM method?
