Anyone figure out how to get the Install partition to show up who were having that problem? NVRAM reset, resetting the download, doing it in Terminal, doing it from the downloaded supplemental, rebuilding kext cache, Clover scan set to auto, not hiding any install partitions. Nothing has worked...

I'm only hiding "Prebooter/Recover" no install stuff. Scan is set to Auto=YES. Have tried showing hiding partitions at boot too and still no install partition. Was able to find and clear out the update and re-try that too. No luck.

Not seeing the install/update boot option. Tried clearing nvram. Rebuilt kext cache. On clover 5116. I tried downloading the update from dmg and running that way. Any way to clear out currently downloaded updates so the system retries?

Whoops I had nv_disable=1 and forgot I had that set. Everything working on 10.13.6 with my 1060.

Aafter this or the 002 security update I couldn't get my 1060 graphics working either and am having tons of lag. I'm using whatever green and the latest webdrivers on 10.13.6. I'm thinking it's easier to get an AMD card at this point

That is really good info that should be echo'd. I never knew that.

You will need to update your webdrivers after installing but 1060 on 10.12 is solid.

WhateverGreen boot loops for me too. Reverted to NvidiaGraphicsFixup. Rocking a 1060 on 10.12

Also make sure you removed the install USB. That got me tripped up a few times, if you are booting off the flash install even if it can see your osx it's not loading the emulated nvram info.

My 4K runs fine. There are some minor issues but the Nvidia web drivers are most definitely compatible....

For reference to others "GBU512 in a USB 2.0 slot " fixed everything for me. Just put a 2.0 male-female between my 3.0 ports and all is good again if you have no 2.0 slots.

Probably, you can command line install packages. cp kexts, do kext rebuilds etc... but why go through the trouble? I'm familiar with all those steps and wouldn't want to do it that way/lookup each command to double check. The issue is centered around graphics. Since it shows you are using near...

pawan544 Did you get far enough to download the nvidia drivers and select them on the OS side? Is it set in your config? Unable to install is pretty vague.

First my issue could be caused because I have a 760 alongside a gtx 1060 plugged in. Even tho bios are set to boot from the 1060 pci slot with all monitors plugged into it it wouldn't boot consistently (I think the OS was picking the 760 instead of the 1060 or whatever card came available...

Weird. Did the whole uninstall w/ Nvidia. Edited my system version to the past one. Rebooted and installed the older nvidia graphics one and edited the nvidia (listed elsewhere) kext with build number (which I guess didn't matter since I ended up uninstalling it, I think that's the incorrect...
