I am afraid the reason is BCM94352Z is not natively supported by mac, although some functions work by using the kext. I suggest switch to the cards used by real mac.

Audio works fine for me. Nvidia web driver is also good with the lastest version. I did install CodecCommander.kext in /Library/Extensions by kextbeast.
