P1LGRIM,
Thank you for the response once again. Yes I can double confirm that Lilu is indeed already installed all along since I've first installed Nvidigagraphicsfixup. I also tried matching my config.plist to match that of the Idiots Guide (that is, using kext-dev-mode=1, making sure 0x28 is...
P1lGRIM,
Thank you for the reply. Much appreciated, the download button indeed took me to what I just need - the kext file itself.
I've replaced NVIDIA graphicsfixup kext (deleted, that is) with Whatevergreen Kext in both my UEFI boot disk (Kexts folder) as well as the target installation...
In case if anyone is wondering yes I have read the Readme.md. There was no indication on how to actually *get* the kext file.
Quite frankly I am finding the above instruction condescending and unhelpful. I went to the URL, and had to guesstimate what I'm looking for (presumably this file...
Brebo,
Thank you for this. My apologies for a stupid question - I've downloaded the zip file and could not find the kext anywhere. There are Manual, Prebuilt, ResourceConverter, etc among other folders.
Searched through them all and no kext is found.
Why is it that they do not include what...
Just an update for anyone in the future needing help, the situation is resolved by me having to:
For H77M motherboard users you must use ICH patch by Vit9696. To do this, open your EFI’s config.plistclover configurator and make a new entry (+) or name enter “AppleAHCIPort”. Under “Find” enter...
Edited this thread to [SOLVED]. See my above post as to how I solved it. The next obstacle/s now is:
The mac install (the target drive) still refuse to boot by itself without a boot disk. Tried Clover V2 installation package on it (the target drive), ensured Emu64variable and the UEFI boot...
Heads up, I’ve tried the following procedures:
1. reformat USB installer at the DEVICE level, NOT JUST Volume level.
2. DISCONNECT ALL PHYSICAL cablings from all windows drives.
…..And alleluia. Managed to get all the way into High Sierra finally, as APFS format on the 3.5” western digital...
Just out of curiosity tried using the (failing) moments XT hard drive, reformatted in APFS ENCRYPTED with password. Now I am greeted with an enter password screen. My mouse seems to work, but the keyboard doesn't seem to work.
I've been having all sorts of problems, having fixed one yet introduces another upon each and every fresh install attempt (hard drives not recognised, then stuck on partition map, then missing firmware partition, then circle / slash error, then macOS install failed, then error when updating...
Unfortunately, one thing fixed, lead to another set of issues.
Having spent two (2) entire days looking through other threads for solutions (but to no avail) - the drive seems to always gets stuck at "creating partition map". Eventually if waited it out for 15 or so minutes = got an error...
Ditto. I'm still also wondering what to do with the files. We open / unzip it and then?

Trying to get Sierra 10.12.4 fully working!
So I have downloaded the above files as a zip. I am at a loss as to what to do exactly at this point. What do we do with these files? It seems there's still a lot of unwritten mandatory prior-learning expected around here; a lot doesn't seem to be streamlined enough for new troubleshooters like...
I also happen to have the same issue (the previous multibeast version however did make it through but without problems below; and I'm intrigued to use this latest 9.2 version because of it's web driver built in feature). How are you going so far? Do you still have the same installation failed...
Is that file (audiocloverALC120.command) still available anywhere to download? On Github; says it's no longer there :(...Why is it I wonder that people delete things that supposedly helps someone else out there?
Here's what I did for me to be able to get back to windows 10.
**MY CONTEXT & CIRCUMSTANCES ** PLEASE NOTE: I HAVE NOT ACTUALLY INSTALLED THE MACOS SIERRA FULLY YET on my existing Windows 10 PC; ONLY MANAGED getting so far towards the Sierra install screen (though had to disable my serial port...
