It's an annoying bug indeed, I didn't know about the 6.1 driver so I've been using Line Output since Yosemite entered beta mode. No problem after sleep with that, although it's more of a workaround than an actual fix.

Another workaround is to replace your IOAHCIFamily and AppleAHCIPort kexts with ones from Lion, that will make your eject button work again. I also bet you have error 70012 if you open the DVD player. See attachments to download the kexts.

If you replace your IOAHCIFamily and AppleAHCIPort kexts with ones from Lion it'll boot faster (at least that's the workaround I found, it also fixed a problem I had with my optical drive not being correctly recognized, especially in the built-in DVD player).
