Fixed it. turns out the slot i was in was a PCIx1 I moved it to a PCIx16 also the card wasnt seated right i had to adjust the screws on it so it would sit right when I locked it into place. I know this ssd was getting 500mb/s+ on windows but ill take 400 considering I was getting half that...

I tried installing the 0x3000 darkwake tag and tried installing the iopcifamily.kext in system extentions I got the same thing. It lets me boot in safe boot.

mine has actually improved i think. Its faster on Snow Leopard but thats because my snow leopard drive is an SSD. Mountain lion takes like 10 seconds longer but from a 7200rpm hd. I think once all my apps are supported and i put ML on the SSD itll be lightning fast.

I actually gained 400 points by upgrading from Snow Leopard to Mountain Lion lol.

same here with a targus adapter. instant on snow leopard 30sec-a minute in ML.

my bluetooth worked otb too however I get real slow connection when first booting the computer. mouse was operational immediately after booting snow leopard.....takes about 30 seconds to a minute on ML.
