Here's my EFI on 10.13.6. I've Nvidia web drivers installed.
Working: Everything (including Intel 630 video acceleration)
Untested: Audio (I've a USB soundbar which works OOB)

The latest 103 driver works flawlessly using the NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext v1.2.5. I used a kext compiled by @zappy39 since the official kext isn't out yet.
You might want to remove this webdriver from the blacklist.
Same here. The latest driver 387.10.10.10.30.103 works flawlessly with the NvidiaGraphicsFixUp.kext 1.2.5 compiled by @zappy39 . The WebGL water test with hardware acceleration enabled in Chrome is flawless. http://madebyevan.com/webgl-water/
Have a look at my earlier post on page 2. Else just see this post. I'm still using the same method on 10.13.3.

The ssdt patches for usb were included in the efi zip file you downloaded. You just...
I was having the same issue on my Dell U2715H.
Disabling DP 1.2 help resolve the black screen issue.
I used the monitor's OSD(On screen display) menu. Menu > Display > DP 1.2 > Disable.
Stutter / lag during the switching of spaces to a space containing Google Chrome.
I've never had this issue on Sierra. Could it be specific to High Sierra or maybe a GoogleChrome bug?
Anyone experiencing this?
Update: I'm currently running High Sierra 10.13.3 without any major issues.
Use my Clover folder(see attachment) to get your system running after installation. (themes folder has been excluded to decrease size of file)
For stable Nvidia Drivers, I used this script to avoid the bad releases.
Whenever my desktop enters sleep state, it has a kernel panic and reboots. The kernel panic backtrace leads to com.apple.driver.AppleACPIPlatform
I've tried darkwake, darkwake=10, darkwake=8.
On enabling the 15 to 26 port limit patch(in addition to USBInjectAll.kext), you will see it enabling 26 ports on the XHC controller as shown below (in IORegistryExplorer). Your system will not have them all. You find out your systems ports by plugging in a USB2 and USB3 device. Once you note...
See the image in my post. I've mapped the ports(with an indicative number in green) and their corresponding HS/SS number(in purple). Choose the HSxx, SSxx based on the ports you want to disable.
The attached .aml file describes all the ports available on the board. I've excluded the rest and...
It is a random behaviour. Sometimes a few ports(random) wouldn't work with some devices. It would require anywhere between 1 -30 attempts for the port to become active.
System Information > USB. It'll show max speed capable/allowed for connected device. 480Mb/s for USB2, 5Gb/s for USB3...
You will need to disable the port limit patch and block some USB ports. RehabMan doesn't recommend using the patch full time.
I've experienced USB3 ports working as USB2 ports quite often. It is important that port limit stay under 15 to get full USB3 speeds.
NOTE: USB3 ports count as 2 ports...
You can change the boot order in BIOS. Use the File Browser Add Boot Option option to add Clover entry(any custom name). Then you can change the Boot priority between Option #1 and #2.
Did you install the Nvidia Web drivers?
If you have, then take a look at my config.plist in the EFI-BootDrive.zip that I uploaded in post #11. While booting connect your HDMI/DP cable to the Nvidia card.
Got my ports to work at USB 3.0 speeds. Disabled 1 USB3.0, 4 USB2.0 ports.
Still needed USBInjectAll.kext and XHCI-200-series-injector.kext for this to work. Disabled change 15 port limit to 26 in XHCI kext is config.plist
uia_exclude=HS01;HS02;HS03;HS04;HS14;SS05;USR1;USR2
I got the USB ports to work at full USB3 speed while adhering to the 15 port limit.
