Am using a beta of opencore with 14.5. no issues so far :)

My Strix hasn't really crashed at all however it does have a problem where on random boots it just heats up like no tomorrow. Also when doing intensive GPU stuff, the fans spin up a lot and don't spin back down. Other then that it edits like my old 1080. I should have picked up a sapphire lol

these are all the drivers and kexts I use. everything works perfectly so far. hopefully these screenshots help

Updated like a real Mac lol. everything works perfectly. don't need usb patch since I used fbpatcher to make a kext for that. What I really like about hackintoshing is that once you pass the learning curve, its pretty easy to keep your system from breaking.

Its not gonna give you acceleration if u just change the build number.

It won't work. you might be able to only get it to inject but you won't have any acceleration. just wait it out lol

For some reason, doing the usb patching I only see HS01-14 but never my SS lol. I really dig the usbpower kext tho. I think I'll try manually putting in the last 2 3.0 usb that I use.

when i remove my lilu and nvidiagraphicfixup my 1070 isn't detected so am still using these kexts. other then that everything works fine, looks like the new webdriver is working perfectly

try disabling your IntelMausiEthernet.kext

NvidiaGraphicsFixup just added a workaround for the UI lags in v1.2.5. am using the 161 driver and am getting no lag. Also with the new kext, even though am using 0x19120001 am seeing the 530 on my system information alongside my 1070. lol I mean I gained higher GT Ghzs so am not complaining...

something like this happened to me before. if you have windows you can just mount the efi partition of your macos. you have to download explorer++ in order to view and edit the partition though. if you do this you can add any missing driver files or change your fake SMC or APFS file. another...
