I have a macbook and case for external HDD. So I put my hackintosh SSD, mount it using EFI mounter script, opened clover folder and copied files. Then I put SSD back to hackintosh build case and loaded in usual way.

Not sure how should I get to resolution change screen since there are glitches all over a monitor.
BTW I found simple enough solution - soft off/on monitor fixes this problem.
Changed many options in config over time, not sure which is right or not right now.
Now I have restart with different log

No luck. Tried many suggestions from other threads. Hope someone will figure out how to fix this.
Another option is to create usb stick and try clean install. But it's the last case for me.
