Got it working!! Wasn't a power issue at all, just my incompetence. I didn't have the kexts installed properly. Found the Hackintool app, followed the steps set out by @CrashMidnick, and installed the latest Lilu and WhateverGreen kexts using the Hackintool. Thanks

Turns out it's the adapters. I hooked up the two DVI displays with my old DualHead2Go dual monitor box I use to use with my old 2011 MacBook Pro to one of the displayports and they worked! The two DVI act as one big monitor but they work!
