Hey CaseySJ, previously, I have Windows installed on a separate M.2 drive in my ASUS X99 Deluxe II and now I would like to remove it. Do I need to change anything in the BIOS or it is safe to just removed the drive. The system is still working great with your EFI!

I actually render the same project on a Mac Pro 2013 and it render out without problem. I'm not sure whether is the CPU, GPU or any settings that I've missed that is giving the problem. Not sure upgrading to 10.14.6 will make any differences. I'm on 10.14.5 now.

Thanks for the tips CaseySJ. I took some photos of iStats, Intel Power Gadget and HWmonitor after Davinci Resolve Render crashed. Seems like temperature are pretty good for CPU and GPU. Rendering out from Premiere Pro 2019 is fine though.
