Would I need to reinstall OSX? Thanks

I need the CPU and gpu to go into another machine. My concern was can I put e6600 and the 210 in without having to reinstall mavericks.

I'm hoping I can get some clarification as to my dilemma? I am currently running 10.9.1 on a P35-DS3L, I am using an Intel C2Q Q6600 with an MSI R7970 Lightning. I am wanting to know if I can swap out the CPU and gfx card for an E6600 and an Asus GT210? Apologies for the text formatting...

Installed on a GA-P35-DS3L, Core 2 Quad Q6600, 4G Ram, MSI R7970 Lightning. After install i ran Multibeast 6, I used DSDT, after reboot, i installed legacy alc888, ln2mac ethernet, rebooted again, removed the wireless and ethernet and blutooth from network, deleted the NetworkInterfaces.plist...

This Worked a treat thanks.. I am running an MSI R7970 Lightning 3GB. I even reinstalled 10.8 from scratch then used the appstore to update and it still worked, it does show as an AMD 7xxx but qi/ce seams to work, i've tried COD 4 and it played fine...

Great idea, I still use my P35-DS3L..
