Hey. Am sorry to say that I changed my motherboard and I don't have efi folder now. Am using Z390 Aorus Pro. But I can help you boot Mojave successfully.

I didn't found any fix for that. I actually removed Mojave and installed High Sierra. Ethernet is working right after the installation of High Sierra. Will update you if I find any fix.
