No problem with ga z170x ultragaming and Sapphire hd 7950 Dual-X 11196-10-40G. Night Shift Works well too. Refer also r9 280 works.

My hack works very well with 10.12.3. I create custom ssdt for usb and all work, 2.0, 3.0, 3.1 type c with extra current for ipad with adaptor. Sleep, stop, hibernation, find my mac, handoff and continuity. It seems now one real mac. But I'm very perfectionist so I don't have a thunderbolt...
