I don't believe AMD FirePro W2100 is naively supported video card by macOS, my attached clover configuration is for Nvidia GTX series cards and uses the Web driver. as far as I know Nvidia Quadro k420 or k620 works quite nicely with MacOS.

voodoo HDA 2.90 works perfectly for Z440 ACL audio device, others devices just working out of the box with the attached clover folder.

i am attaching my latest clover folder, it contains all necessary x99 patches for z440, you can reference it.

I have been using Z440 as hackingtosh for at least 2 years, super stable, everything works perfectly. let me know if you need any help.

my 2 cents in my case: it appears to me the brightness fix doesn't work for high sierra, but works fine with sierra. I am hoping someone have enough knowledge to come up with a full guide on every single tiny details, currently we are still have many folks have problems here and there.

do you guys have problem with close lid sleep / wakeup? i found mine can't wakeup, normally i got black screen or it might work sometimes but the screen will splash constantly.

another issue I had currently if I close the lid, and then open it, the screen will be blinking for 5 or 6 times, sometimes it remains in dark screen. i guess I am using the wrong backlight patch?
