I recently had some moderate issues with the 10.12.6 2018-004 security update. I had to remove/reinstall all my kexts in EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other.
I got everything except audio back afterwards. BT Audio works fine, but that's not a proper fix.

OK, so the security update bricked my XPS 9560 that was running great. Still not working, but I got past the kernel panic by updating lilu.
So far, what I've done is:
Add -liluoff to boot arguments (after darkwake=0, etc)
System boots but...
