Are you talking about boot speed? is your system drive using AFPS or +HFS??

Question is...: should we throw our 960 EVO nvme to the garbage in order to upgrade to Mojave and have a decent boot time??

"No-Convert" results in a frozen terminal with no output. Trying to reinstall High Sierra into a just JHFS+ formatted drive. Any ideas? Almost giving up and rolling back to Sierra.
