For all other bootloader use the full patched AppleHDA.kext (+ HDAEnabler.kext or DSDT edits... not both).

Ok, I've done all of that now, but now when I boot up Clover does not display the Sierra drive (nor the recovery HD). I had to use the USB to boot up. Where did I go wrong?
