Z50-70 - Got it all installed ok, but i still have to boot from the clover USB despite installing clover on the hdd. Any idea what i'm doing wrong?

new to this so please give me a little slack Built USB stick with two partitions, one for clover, the other for the sierra image First I was getting kernal panic until I removed the voodoops2 kext, now it's loading and I get the progress bar, but now I'm getting this screen, any ideas?
