Update: I learnt that H.264 needs intel quick sync to work properly. I solved this issue by enabling quick sync with lilu and WEG.

I was using the rear 2.0 port only but i just noticed that CSM doesn't get disabled at all for some reason. It turns back to enabled after a reboot.
