32gb kingston data traveller usb3.0. I'm trying now with a 16gb partition in the same pendrive just because I don't know what else to try... but I've tried with a 2.0 16gb generic pendrive with no luck.

Is "GUID Partition Map" the same as GPT? If yes then it's always been reformatted as such..
