I have a Fusion Drive, so I won't get the APFS update. Will it hurt put the apfs.efi on my EFI partition anyway, just so it's there and I don't get surprised by a point update that suddenly activates APFS on me?

Fixed. I figured out how to boot with SIP disabled and reapplied the AGDPfix. Thanks!

Odd, because when I first set this system up, it didn't work with 14,2 but did after changing to 17,1.

I'm using 17,1. Yes, I can boot with nv_disable=1. That puts me back to flickering graphics. I've tried running AGDPfix, but I get an error about SIP being enabled.
