Thanks for the help guys. It appears that all the flags being turned on is possibly a default setting within clover as i haven't turned them on. I will turn them all off to see if any issues are apparent and if they are go through them one by one. Turning off 'FixAirport_4000' fixed it for me...

I have tried to unplug the card, clear caches and then reattached but it didn't resolve my issue as well as injecting some additional kexts. Hopefully wlodekwolf1 can help us both out :)
