I am not able to boot normally on my main system. That's the problem. The "read ntfs" thing was the cause of all this. Right now i just want to my high sierra to boot normally.
Hi there, thanks for the reply.
Well, i already checked. The EFI is there. I changed it to my last backup, by the way. No change. And i was able to boot from recovery without a problem.
Any more ideas? The thing is... the cause is really weird. How trying to read NTFS through terminal...

Actually... my USB 3.0 is not working. 2.0 itens are readable, 3.0 not. Was working before. This also happened to my Sierra after I installed high Sierra from ground 0 on other hard rive. What could happened? L/E attached.
Hi there. You have to let Clover show all drives. Then, after the reboot it will go directly to the right entry on Clover and finish the installation. Someone made it clear in this thread and helped me to figure out what to do.
I was hiding something in config.plist. Just let Clover see all drivers and that's it. I was able to update my system. Just needed to do the Nvidia stuff and it's all working.
Something I can't understand about my setup... The OS seems to be in a Recovery HD. In Disk Utility it is described as...
HI there. I'm still stuck. System reboot after this screen (and progress not completed). And it isnot doing the upgrade. macOS Install Data folder still there... one thing I don't see in Clover on reboot is the install driver that is supposed to appear. And my system is 14,2. I'm on the side of...
Actually I tried again this morning. Before restart, goes to "installing software update" screen but it does not complete. And then restart and everything is the same. What is happening? any help?
Well, downloaded and clicked install... goes to procedure, reboot... and my system seems the same 17D47 build as before (even Nvidia is working just fine). Something went wrong, I guess... the update doesn't appear at App Store anymore. I will leave at that, since all is working just fine.
This is the post that helped me. Thank you so much. The problem being a newbie in all this is that a problem occur every 6 months and i forget everything i learned from the last mistake.
Well then, what a bummer. Not even the Nvidia stuff? I tried yesterday with no success. Will try again. But I guess the clover configuration is for those processors, not mine. At least I was able to install on my nvme drive. It was a test, anyway.
Thanks
