I currently have my mac set to 19.1 so that i can get the HVEC rendering to work on FCPX. Every other model that I tried to set it to would fail during export.

It looks like you need iGPU to make hardware acceleration work with Vega 64. Alas, my Xeon E3 1241v3 does not have integrated graphics. Does this mean I am SOL on hardware acceleration? I have not been able to find any information for or against the possibility. Thank you, Chuchutta

Please disregard this post. I figured it out. It was user error and nothing to do with Clover. Or macOS.
