    pastrychef's Asus ROG Strix Z370-G Gaming (WI-FI AC) build w/ i9-9900K + AMD 6600 XT

Thanks, done, seem to be working. The only thing (I think) isn't working is the GPU. I need to unplug and plug the cable to get rid of the black screen, either with HDMI or DP. :(

Ah that clears my question :) I am planning to update to latest Clover 5011, do i need to uncheck the BIOS drivers checkbox and add the same drivers to UEFI drivers?

    pastrychef's Asus ROG Strix Z370-G Gaming (WI-FI AC) build w/ i9-9900K + AMD 6600 XT

Testing, thank you. Should i use EFI Clover r5107 Z390G (Catalina).zip or EFI Clover r5104 Z370G (Catalina).zip? Because mine is Z370-F Gaming, but i think Clover 5107 is the min required version for Calatina? I tested with the r5107 Z390G, and now I can boot from drive. :) I guess it was my...

The drive works fine. As I said it was booting perfectly with Mojave. :( The MB don't see it there. If I go to the BOOT option inside BIOS setup, its there, but not as UEFI. It doesn't use cables as its the M.2 drive connected to the slot next to the CPU.

I tried few more things, downgrade BIOS version to 1803, remove the Windows drive, move the macOS to the other slot, nothing...macOS isn't detected at all as UEFI. I also noticed this (attachments). My macOS drive doesn't show up here.

I tried that before, didn't work now as well. From your files on first post, which i should use for i7-8700K with UHD630 only for Catalina 10.15.4 with incremental update.

Thats what I thought, but drive isn't detected on BIOS as UEFI :( Also, I can't see the EFI on clover configurator, even if I do sudo mount -uw /, when I go to home (on clover configurator) isn't there.

Thanks, I will check. I am lost with this new install. It seems nothing are more hard to do for people that aren't experienced. I can't make this to boot from disk, only with USB. I checked BIOS, and the drive where OS X is installed isn't detected as UEFI. So I can't select to boot. Any idea...

I tried to boot from HDMI, and I get the black screen again. It works only if I boot, for example, with DisplayPort and the change to HDMI.

Seem that with HDMI isn’t going black at least until now. Maybe is some to omg on BIOS? Do I need to load defaults?

Yeah, I did update the BIOS. But I just tested adding your EFI to the USB and change to 18.1 as I have Intel he 630. I was able to install and boot. Now I need to see if I can boot without the pen drive. :)

I think the problem was related to my old EFI it was still there, so I completely clean the partitions and now I see the proper clover version loading but I am still stuck on install I can’t get it to the install screen, it stuck on this part (attachment). do I need any special kext or flag?
